When we reply

We reply to every message within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over a weekend or on a UK public holiday are answered on the next working day.

What to include

If your message is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. If it is about sizing, tell us the chest or waist measurement of a garment that already fits you. That is usually all we need to tell you which size to order.
