Men's t-shirts and jeans, sold to consumers in the United Kingdom. We do not sell to trade, we do not sell any age restricted product, and we sell nothing that requires a licence or authorisation to supply.

Prices and currency

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery is charged at a flat £3.95 per order and is displayed before payment. There are no other charges of any kind.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Onerway, through the checkout on this site. Card details are passed directly to Onerway over an encrypted connection and are not seen or stored by SRAR.

How a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract comes into existence when we send you a dispatch email. Your order is filed by us and is available to you in the confirmation email we send and, where you created an account, in your account.

Your right to cancel

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, set out in full in our returns and refunds policy, together with the 30 day return window we offer on top of it.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints should be sent to support@srar.uk or made by telephone on +44 7405 395180. We acknowledge every complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within five.

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may be able to refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution body. Your statutory right to take court proceedings is not affected.

Regulatory information

Data protection: we are subject to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and are supervised by the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Consumer protection: our obligations to you arise under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) can advise you on those rights independently of us.
