Terms of service

Last updated 30 August 2026.

1. Who we are, and what these terms cover

This website, srar.uk, is operated by SRAR, an online retailer of men's t-shirts and jeans trading from 4 St James' Rd, Mitcham CR4 2DA, United Kingdom. Our full business details are in section 12.

By browsing this website, placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Please read them before you order. We suggest saving a copy, because we may change them and the version that applies to your order is the version in force on the day you place it.

2. Using this website

You may use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict anyone else's use of it. In particular you must not:

  • Use it to transmit anything unlawful, threatening, defamatory or fraudulent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server or any connected database.
  • Introduce viruses or any other malicious code.
  • Interfere with the proper working of the site, or attack it by any means.

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, without notice, from anyone who breaches this section. Doing so does not affect any order already placed and paid for, which we will still fulfil unless section 4 applies.

3. Our products

We sell men's t-shirts and jeans. We sell nothing else, and we make no claim about any other category of goods.

We take care that the description, the photographs, the measurements and the colour information on each product page are accurate. Colours can appear differently on different screens, and no photograph is a perfect reproduction of a fabric. If what arrives does not match its description, that is a fault and our returns and refunds policy applies.

We may change or withdraw any product at any time. Withdrawing a product does not affect an order we have already accepted.

4. Prices, orders and acceptance

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the price for the item. Delivery is charged separately at a flat £3.95 per order and is shown before you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch email. Between those two points we may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, if we have reason to think the order is fraudulent, or if the price was displayed incorrectly.

We try hard to price everything correctly, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, tell you the correct price, and let you choose whether to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

By placing an order you confirm that the details you have given us are accurate and complete, and that you are at least 18 years old.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and in the footer of this site. Payment is taken at the point of order, through the checkout on this site, and is processed by our payment provider, Onerway. Your card details are passed directly to Onerway over an encrypted connection. SRAR does not see or store your full card details at any point.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery is covered in full by our shipping policy. Returns, refunds, faulty goods and your statutory cancellation right are covered in full by our returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, meaning the text, the photographs, the product descriptions, the layout, the design and the SRAR name and logo, belongs to us or is used by us under licence, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or use any of it commercially, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other consumer protection law. Where anything here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

9. Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable.

We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

We are not liable for business losses. We supply these products for domestic and private use, and if you use them for any commercial purpose we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

10. Events outside our control

We are not liable for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a carrier strike, severe weather, or a failure of public networks. If such an event occurs we will tell you as soon as we can and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

11. Changes to these terms, and how you will be told

We may update these terms. The revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top, and that is the notification. Where a change materially affects an order you have already placed, we will email you. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law, disputes and business details

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. Most things are settled in a single email. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be entitled to refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution provider.
